Collection of Trash, Yard Waste, Bulk Trash, and Recycling Services

Project Description: The Borough of Parkesburg is requesting bids for a three (3) year contract subject to two (2) one-year extensions for the collection of trash, yard waste, bulk trash, and recycling services, to commence on August 1, 2025, with delivery to SECCRA. Specifications and bid forms are available on PennBid at www.pennbid.net. Each bidder shall submit all documents via the PennBid on-line platform. All sealed bids must be received online via the PennBid Program until 10 am prevailing time Monday, June 23, 2025. At that time the bids will be publicly displayed via the PennBid Program.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on June 9, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. prevailing time at the office of the Borough Manager. Questions will be accepted until June 17, 2025, and must be submitted through PennBid and will not be received in any other manner.
The Borough of Parkesburg reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof, (2) to advertise for new bids, and 3), to waive any technical defects, and to accept any bid that it may deem to be in the best interest of the Borough of Parkesburg.
