Reclaimed Water Ground Storage Tank Cleaning and Inspection

As requested by the PUD Wastewater – Irrigation Quality Division (hereinafter, the “Division or Department”), the Collier County Board of County Commissioners Procurement Services Division (hereinafter, “County”) has issued this Invitation to Bid (hereinafter, “ITB”) with the intent of obtaining bid submittals from interested and a qualified contractors in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications stated or attached. The Contractor, at a minimum, must achieve the requirements of the Specifications or Scope of Work stated.

The results of this solicitation may be used by other County departments once awarded according to the Board of County Commissioners Procurement Ordinance.

Collier County Irrigation Quality (IQ) is a utility that provides Irrigation Quality Water to more than 50,000 residential, commercial and governmental customers throughout Collier County.

Collier County IQ is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment required to complete the thorough cleaning and inspection, including site mobilization, staging, and demobilization of various Collier County IQ water storage tanks at various locations throughout the Collier County area.
