Summary

Sole source agreement with Premier Magnesia for the purchase and maintenance of THIOGUARDĀ® magnesium hydroxide slurry for the William E. Dunn Water Reclamation Facility.

Background

Current agreement 190-0480-B is for THIOGUARDĀ® magnesium hydroxide slurry and supporting equipment. Firms who believe they can meet or exceed the stated requirements must provide a corporate letter indicating they are authorized to provide these services within the State of Florida. The Pinellas County Purchasing Department must receive replies to this notice no later than Wednesday, July 16, 2025 by 3:00PM EST. After this date an award will be made. Responses to this notice will be used to determine whether bona fide competition exist.
