Roll-Up Doors Description
1.2.1.1 This project involves the removal of three existing roll-up doors and the installation of two TKO CW Series Cruiserweight Impactable doors and one insulated roll-up door at Building 141. With a crane already installed within the middle bay door opening, preventing the necessary clearance and hardware installation, we are proceeding with a single roll-up door instead of a sectional door. The work includes all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the complete and functional installation of the new doors, including proper disposal of the old doors and any necessary adjustments to the existing structure. New doors must be consistent with already installed Cruiserweight Impactable TKO door in Bldg. 190 (high R-23 value in temperature-controlled environments and includes a tight perimeter weather seal with a double loop seal to prevent energy loss, moisture-resistant, 1-3/4" thick insulated foam core panel insulated doors specifications).
Dimensions and all other information can be found in the Statement of Requirment and Solicitation Synopsis Documents.
