Greenwood Street and Cottage Avenue Water Main Replacements

Project Description: Installation of approximately 140 LF of 10-inch high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe inside a 16-inch high density polyethylene (HDPE) casing pipe by horizontal directional drilling under railroad tracks on S. Greenwood Street. Installation of approximately 100 linear feet of 12 inch restrained joint ductile iron pipe inside a 20 inch steel casing pipe by jacking and boring under railroad tracks on Cottage Avenue. The Project also includes 144 lineal feet of 12 inch, 82 lineal feet of 8 inch and 6 lineal feet of 6 inch ductile iron pipe installed by open cut method, water main appurtenances including gate valves, and incidental work.
