BC is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the upfits of the Bamberg (EOC). The project includes interior renovations and building system upgrades to support emergency operations. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on-site at the Emergency Operations Center, 509 North St., Bamberg, SC 29003 on 1/7/26 @ 2pm.
