Description

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Arcata Field Office in the Northern California District has a requirement for North Fork Eel River Invasives Management near Mina, CA in Mendocino County, CA in accordance with the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140L1225Q0045 and attachments.

This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. A combination of Labor Hours and Firm, fixed-price quotes are requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Solicitation number 140L1225Q0045.

This document incorporates provisions and clauses which are in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations 2025-04. This solicitation is set-aside for 100% small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541620 for Environmental Services. The Small Business Annual Receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years does not exceed $19 Million.
