Notice is hereby giventhat sealed qualifications will be accepted by the Jefferson County DrainageDistrict No. 6 Purchasing Department for RFQ 25-008/KKJ, Environmental Servicesfor 2022 Flood Mitigation Assistance Grant Program (FMA) .
Drainage District No. 6 has applied for grant funding offered under FMA2022. A project has been awarded for aphase I environmental. Accordingly, the District is seeking to contract with aqualified Environmental Service Provider (individual/firm) to prepare theEnvironmental Assessment. Specificationsfor this project may be obtained from the Jefferson County Drainage DistrictNo. 6 webpage https://dd6.org/departments/purchasing/notices-for-bid/ .
Qualifications are to be sealed and addressed to the PurchasingDepartment with the qualification number and name marked on the outside of theenvelope or box. Offerors shall forward an original and three (3) hard copiesof their response to the address shown below. Late qualifications will berejected as non-responsive. Qualifications will be publicly opened and only thefirm name will be read aloud at Jefferson County Drainage District No. 6 mainfacilities at the time and date below. Qualifications shall be opened in amanner that avoids disclosure of the contents to competing offerors andmaintains the confidentiality of the qualifications during negotiations.Offerors are invited to attend the sealed qualification opening.
