Project Description: The City of Goodyear (“City”) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ’s) from qualified professional architecture/engineering firms (“Consultant”) to be considered for design services, and possible construction administration and inspection services, for Municipal Operations Campus (MOC) Phase 1 Facility and Infrastructure Improvements “CIP#60119”, (“project”). Only Consultants capable of providing the requested professional service will receive consideration. All processes will be conducted in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes, ARS, Title 34.
