Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for W912PM25QA016.





The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District: JHK Erosion Control, Boydton, Virginia





The objective is to repair existing swim beach wall and prevent erosion in other locations.





The work area is in 8 different locations: North Bend Park, Palmer Point, Eastland Creek, Rudds Campground and Rudds Day Use, Boydton, Virginia and Buffalo Park, Longwood Park, Ivy Hill Park in Clarksville, VA.





Repairing and/or replacing interlocking block wall are in Rudds Day Use, Rudds Campground, Longwood Park and Buffalo Park. Repairing paths and erosion control in North Bend Park and Ivy Hill Park, installing erosion control at Palmer Point and Eastland Creek. Service to be provided under this contract shall include all equipment, labor, supervision, and materials.





The Period of Performance is 90 days after contract award. Normal working hours for the contractor shall be Monday through Friday (0730-1630), unless otherwise specified, or as specifically approved in advance by the COR. No work on site other than specified shall be permitted without specific approval by the COR.





The work site is located in Boydton and Clarksville, Virginia.





The contract issued will be Firm Fixed Price.





The Magnitude of Construction of this project is Between $100,000 and $250,000.





This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about 2 May 2025. No additional media (CD-ROM, floppy disks, faxes, etc) will be provided. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. Other methods of requesting a package will not be honored.





This solicitation will be a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990–Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction and the size standard is $45,000,000.00.
