The City of Waco is issuing this RFP to obtain aqualified partner for aquatics operations and management services in acommunity facility for all ages. The successful vendor will enter into anoperational and management agreement with the City of Waco that outlines thescope of services, performance measures, and payment. It is the City’sintention that the Doris Miller Community Center indoor pool will be operatedin a professional and fiscally responsible manner consistent with industry bestpractices and within all applicable laws and ordinances.
