Description
We are seeking a reliable, high-performance business internet service to support our operational needs. The required service specifications are as follows:

Internet Speed Requirements: A minimum bandwidth of 50Mbps download and 10Mbps upload to accommodate at least 20 users, with scalability to support additional users as required.

Tier-One Service: As an Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier (ILEC), the provider must ensure robust and uninterrupted service performance.

Service Level Agreement (SLA): A commitment to maintaining a 99.9% uptime to ensure minimal disruptions to business operations.

Customer Support & Network Monitoring: The provider must offer comprehensive 24/7 help-desk support, continuous network monitoring, and access to an online ticket portal for issue resolution.

Delivery Schedule: The service must be fully implemented within an agreed-upon timeline, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime during deployment. The provider should present a detailed rollout plan, including installation, configuration, and testing, to confirm compliance with performance expectations.

This RFI announcement is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP) and the Government is not committed to award a contract pursuant to this announcement. The information received from this RFI is for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in acquisition strategy planning. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract.
