SCDES is seeking quotes from certified laboratories to collect sixty (60) Ethylene Oxide air samples using vendor supplied cleaned and certified VOC canisters over a period of one-year from 3/15/2026 to 3/14/2027. The certified laboratory will analyze the VOC canisters by Air Toxics sample analysis using EPA method TO-15A utilized for the National Air Toxics Trends Station (NATTS) ambient air toxics monitoring program and provide monthly data validation and reporting.

Pre-Bid Information:

The method of analysis must be EPA Method TO-15A per NATTS TAD Rev 4. The certified laboratory will ship one (1) cleaned and certified canister to SCDES one (1) week prior to the scheduled sampling date. Canisters will be shipped to one site located at 8231 Parklane Road, Columbia, South Carolina, 29223. Services must include Sample Chain of Custody and monthly reporting.
