This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide a Better Engineering F4000-P or equal automatic parts cleaning system with the following features:
-24/7 Operation: The F-4000's integrated 7-day/24-hour timer allows for continuous operation, ensuring parts cleaning can occur around the clock to meet operational demands.
-Electrical Compatibility: The system's 460 volt/3-phase electrical configuration aligns seamlessly with the existing infrastructure at the intended installation location, minimizing installation costs and complexities.
-Automated Operation and Safety: The F-4000 features automatic water level controls and an automatic fill system, reducing operator workload and ensuring consistent performance. The integrated main, rotary-type disconnect switch, centrally located on the panel, enhances operator safety during operation and maintenance.
-Lifetime Warranty
at Sheppard AFB, Texas. See attachment 2- Specifications for a detailed description and salient characteristics of the F-4000 model sought in this solicitation. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
The applicable NAICS code is 333998, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is a total set aside for Small Business Concerns.
The solicitation number is # FA302025Q0013 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “Combo RFQ” for the RFQ format. All documents including the solicitation,and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments.
The solicitation will close at 12:00PM CST on 06 March 2025. All solicitations must be submitted via email to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below.
