Project Description: **The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Washington County Water Conservancy District, Procurement
The Washington County Water Conservancy District (district) is accepting Separate sealed bids for Toquerville Springs to Virgin Pump Station Site Work will be received by the Washington County Water Conservancy District at its office at 533 East Waterworks Drive, St. George, Utah 84770, until no later 2:00 pm, Wednesday, July 2, 2025 (MDT). At that time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Project consists of all labor, material, equipment, and services for the site improvements for a new pump station. Specific work includes but is not limited to site grading, relocating existing water mains, installing new water main for the pump station, installing the structural pad for the pump station, setting the pump station, and making final water and electrical connections to the pump station. The Owner has procured the pump station through a direct contract with Dakota Pump.

Bidders must be on the plan holders list to submit a bid. Complete hard copies of the Contract Documents and Specifications may be examined and/or obtained at AE2S, 3400 North Ashton Boulevard, Suite 105, Lehi, UT 84043. Printed copies are available for $50 per set.
