This Award Notice is for informational purposes only and is not intended to garner proposals or quotes.
Portsmouth Naval Shipyard has assigned additional Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) under the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard C.R. Gilbert/E.F. Dickson (HX) Fastener Program to offerors whose proposals complied with the Technical and Past Performance factors of solicitation N3904023R0004. These Basic Ordering Agreements have been assigned in accordance with FAR 16.703. Additional BOAs will not be assigned and executed prior to the next BOA solicitation opportunity.
The current Agreement Period have been established as 1-JULY-2024 TO 30-JUNE-2029.
These Agreements are executed with no cost ceiling; all pricing is to be established on the delivery orders executed under them.
