The City of Toronto is currently in the process of completing the Detailed Design of the Black Creek STS Relief System – Phase One Works. In parallel to the Detailed Design, the City of Toronto will be issuing a Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) to prequalify Contractors for the Construction contract of the Project. The intent is to post the RFSQ in Q1 of 2025.
