.1 Mandatory Site Meeting
.1 Suppliers are required to attend a mandatory site meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project and ascertain the full extent of the Work required. The mandatory site meeting will begin at 2 Hobson Ave, then 2440 Lawrence Ave E, 1050 Ellesmere Rd, 2000 Midland Ave, 1305 Ellesmere Rd, 821 Progress Ave and ending with 4331 Lawrence Ave E. local time on June 17, 2025 at 9:00am, Toronto. Site meetings will not be available at any other times. All 7 addresses must be visited by all bidders in one day. .2 Suppliers must sign the attendance sheet at the mandatory site meeting at EACH location during the designated date and time for their Bid to be considered. All bidders must attend each location on the day of the mandatory site visit. .3 Bids submitted by Suppliers that do not attend all 7 locations for the mandatory site meeting and fail to sign the attendance sheet at each location shall be declared non-compliant. |
