A. This Solicitation, W912P625QA021 - Construction Quality Assurance Testing, is hereby cancelled in its entirety as the Government changed its requirement. Therefore, pursuant to the provisions set forth by Part 12 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, the government exercises its right to reject all offers to re-compete this acquisition with expanded specifications and requirements.

This is a combined synopsis solicitation using solicitation procedures in FAR 12 in conjunction with FAR 13.5. ***USACE, Chicago District is seeking laboratories validated by Material Testing Center (USACE-MTC) to perform various field sampling, field testing, and laboratory analysis of construction materials in Illinois, Indianan, and Wisconsin. ***The Government intends to enter into MULTIPLE five year, Blanket Purchase Agreements. This is a total small business size set-aside, a size standard of $19M. ***Entities must be registered in Sam.gov, and the Procurement Integrity Enterprise Environment (PIEE) in order to submit a quote in response to this request. Contact the PIEE helpdesk and not the Contracting Officer for any difficulties related to PIEE registration or all other technical difficulties.
