Amendment 02 is to replace the SOW text in its entirety. The original SOW text described Upgrading an Exterior Security System in Seattle. The correct scope describes repairing exterior features of 25 buildings at the Walla Walla, Wa VAMC. Two spec documents are also included in this amendment.
This amendment is to confirm the location of this project as Walla Walla, WA, not Seattle.
This is a Sources Sought Notification. The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to determine if capable and interested SDVOSBs can perfrom this work. This information will help the Government decide whether the requirement can be set aside. See the attached document for details inlcuding a draft SOW and response instructions.
Brief Scope: Many of the buildings at the Walla Walla VA exceed 50 years old and many systems are beyond their useful lives. This project repairs exterior features including roofs, siding, foundations, windows and other appurtenances.
