1. Introduction
This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by Defense Logistics Agency – Troop Support Indo-Pacific, as part of its market research under FAR Part 10 – Market Research. The Government seeks industry feedback, capability statements, and general interest from responsible vendors interested in supplying Pepsi Beverage Products Including Bottled Water to DoD and Non-DoD Customers on the Island of Guam.
This notice is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or a commitment by the Government to issue a future solicitation.
2. Background
The Government anticipates a potential requirement to establish one or more contracts—such as a Simplified Indefinite Delivery Contract (SIDC) or Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract—under FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, for the regular supply and delivery of Pepsi Beverage Products.

Note: Vendors must currently operate as functioning commercial distributors. It is not acceptable for an offeror to operate solely as a third-party logistics (3PL) firm, i.e., one that subcontracts out warehousing, procurement, and delivery functions. Offerors affirm their role as direct distributors upon submission of capability statements.
