No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with travel or providing information in response to this announcement.

This Industry Day Conference is an informational presentation that will include a question/answer session.

The Government is planning to issue an unrestricted invitation for bid for the contract solicitation of the (Design Bid Build) construction of a fire station at Youngstown Air Reserve Station located in Vienna, Ohio. This a major military construction (MILCON) funded project. The project includes construction of a 24,500 square foot, one-story facility including the foundation, floor slab, frame, roof, façade, stud and interior walls, interior finishes, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical and communications systems. The facility will include drive through bays sized to current Aircraft Rescue and Fire fighting vehicle requirements and a sleep space sized to accommodate 22 beds. The project will further include paved parking and accessway, signage, lighting, and all necessary support work. An existing 9,365 square foot facility, Building 415, is located the footprint of this MILCON and the demolition is required as part of this MILCON project.

Contract duration is estimated at 790 calendar days. The estimated cost range is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. NAICS code is 236220.

The government’s approximate advertisement for this project is March 2025.
