NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD
To All Bidders:
Please be advised that the District has completed its evaluation process for RFP #26-01,
District-Wide Copiers, and intends to award an agreement to Toshiba, pending final review
and approval. Final action is scheduled to be considered by the District’s Board of Trustees
at its meeting to be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 7:00 p.m.
