Water Truck Repair, Maintenance, Fabrication, and Parts

The City of Pasadena Department of Public Works, Building Systems and Fleet Management Division (BSFMD) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide water truck tanker repair, fabrication, inspection, maintenance, diagnostic services, replacement parts and related component repairs for the City's fleet of water trucks.

Services shall include repair and replacement of tank components, water delivery systems, valves, plumbing, air-operated and hydraulic systems, and associated equipment. This is an informal solicitation intended to establish a vendor for ongoing service needs throughout Fiscal Year 2027.

The City operates water trucks that are used throughout various departments for street maintenance, construction support, landscaping, and emergency response. Due to the continuous use, these vehicles require routine maintenance and repairs to their tanker assemblies, water distribution systems, hydraulic components, air-operated controls, valves, pumps, plumbing, and related equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
