Project Description: The City of Victoria is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide services, as and when required, for preventative maintenance, inspections, installation, servicing, and replacement of failed or end-of-life equipment including Oil, Electric, and Natural Gas Hot Water Boilers, Gas Water Heaters, Air-Exchange Furnaces, and Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems in a variety of civic buildings.
