Project Description: Pittsburgh Water is requesting bids for renovations of new headquarters, Electrical Contract scope of work including, but not necessarily limited to: Provide new power distribution to align with new office layouts on Levels 02 and 03; Provide power and data as indicated; Utilize existing electrical panels for new circuits; Provide new breakers, conduits, and wiring as indicated; Provide new lighting fixtures and lighting controls to align with new office layouts on Levels 02 and 03; Provide new fire alarm devices to align with new office layouts on Levels 02 and 03 and integrate to existing fire alarm control panel; Provide power, cable tray, and fire alarm modifications required to accommodate three new racks in IDF-232, and new clean agent fire suppression system.
