New Headquarters - 3011 Smallman - HVAC

Project Description: Pittsburgh Water is requesting bids for renovations of new headquarters, HVAC/Mechanical Contract scope of work including, but not necessarily limited to: Modify, extend, and/or add ductwork to align with new office layouts on Level 02 and 03; Install new return air grilles with lined transfer air ductwork in all newly constructed spaces or where new construction otherwise creates the need for additional, new return air grilles with lined transfer ductwork; Startup and balance existing HVAC equipment to achieve airflow quantities as indicated; Install new ducted horizontal split-system air handling unit in the Level 02 IDF room. Route refrigerant line sets from the air handling unit to a new condensing unit located outdoors at grade at front of building.
