Expression of Interest
Architectural and Engineering (AE) Services
The United States Embassy in Harare, Zimbabwe seeks the services of a qualified Architectural and Engineering firm for project development, design, project supervision and engineering services for multiple construction projects in Harare, Zimbabwe.
Interested AE firms must submit the following:
- Fully completed SF330 (available via https://www.gsa.gov/reference/forms/architectengineer-qualifications)
- Detailed company or business profile
- Full set of company registration documents, including certificates and licenses, and active registration with the Engineering Council of Zimbabwe (ECZ)
- Evidence of tax compliance
- Two years of certified financial reports (audited if available)
- Experience showing significant past projects, including residential, commercial, and master planning
- Current resource capability
- Evidence of personnel capacity to accomplish the work
- Proof of active Sam.gov registration
Other critical factors in the selection will include:
- Responsiveness of the proposal to this expression of interest
- Description of approach to the services
- Relevant past project experience
- Qualifications of the responding individuals or companies and their principal assigned staff
- Readiness to undertake required services
- Ability to execute acceptable written contracts
The Embassy will select for negotiation the licensed firm that demonstrates the best qualifications and meets the above requirements.
