Construct a modular office Footprint: 18'10"x16'10" wall structure 9' tall Qty (2) 40x84 door Qty (2) window Qty (4) 2 light fixtures, light switch, (3) duplex outlets Qty (1) circuit breaker box, (1) HVAC unit, through wall style with 8,000 BTU cool and heat.
