25-0164 CMAR Indian School Improvements - Perryville Road to Citrus Road (Project 42089)

Project Description: The City of Goodyear, (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified Construction Managers at Risk (“CMAR”) to provide Pre-construction design phase services and complete construction for the Indian School Improvements – Perryville to Citrus (Project 42089). The CMAR will work with the City's project team made up of, City staff and the Design Team (under a separate City contract).The CMAR will be chosen through a qualifications-based selection process. Construction of the Project will be by the CMAR delivery method.
The Owner’s initial construction budget for this project is currently estimated at $27,000,000.00. This is an approximate estimate. Actual available construction funding will be determined during the design phase of this project.
