The Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protections (DATCP) is seeking bids for TR-WM-78 - Weights and Measures Blue Sticker as outlined in the attached documents.
QTY: 50,000 total stickers; 250 stickers per 3” core roll for a total of 200 rolls Size: 2 ¼” x 2 ¼” with approximately .0156 rounded corners Ink: Black and PMS 292 Blue (with Bleeds) Stock: At least white 3.5ml (or greater) gloss, with a top coated polypropylene, equal to or greater than 1mil laminate Finishing: Die Cut; approximately .0156 rounded corners Note: Must be UV and weather resistant for 2 year of service life, impervious to gasoline and cleaning agents. Decals must withstand Wisconsin weather conditions, including full sun exposure, sub-zero temperatures, wind, rain, snow, hail, sun and high humidity for a 2-year exposure period. Decals must adhere for a minimum of 2 (two) years to metal, plastic, glass and non-fading ink/s. Decals must have an instant application at temperatures ranging from zero degrees Fahrenheit through 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Package: Furnish on a 3” core, of 250 decals per roll, die cut with waste removed, with perforations between each decal for easy tear off, and shrink wrapped. Each package/carton must be clearly identified with the name of the product, purchase order number and quantity contained within each package/carton.
