Project Description: Conduct annual environmental and energy compliance review for all NPU facilities.
•Support NPU in the management of their Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plan(SPCC). Ensure plan is up to date and meets requirements of 40 CFR 112.
•Develop annual EPCRA Tier II reports.
•Consult with NPU management to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations to includebut not limited to the Clean Water Act (CWA), Natural Resources and Environmental ProtectionAct, and Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA).
•Conduct annual SPCC training for required personnel.
•Support NPU’s air quality management and reporting to include compliance with U.S. EnergyInformation Administration (EIA), U.S. Environment Protection Agency (EPA), CT DEEPBureau of Air Management,
