Project Description: Norwich Public Utilities provides home energy assessments for its residential and small business customers in Norwich. These assessments identify and address ways customers can improve their home or office’s energy efficiency. This request for proposal seeks a contractor to perform these assessments on behalf of NPU, including marketing to customers and scheduling.
