DYS seeks to procure at least five (5) distinct 24/7 staff-secure residential treatment programs. Each of the locations will have a twelve (12) bed contracted allotment, including Track 2. These Programs are for males committed to DYS and will provide geographical coverage for all five (5) regions of DYS. The Successful Responder will need to ensure licensing by Early Education and Care for additional capacity above their contracted allotment, up to fifteen (15) beds.
