ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the construction of the ASHLEY BOROUGH MUNICIAPAL BUILDING RENOVATIONS PROJECT will be received online via the PennBid Program, by ASHLEY BOROUGH, until 10:00 A.M. local time on May 12 2025, at which time at which time the bids will be electronically publicly opened at the Ashley Borough Building, 49 W. Cemetery Street Ashley, Pa and publicly read aloud and tabulated, shortly after which a notice will be posted on PennBid containing the bid results. The Project generally consists of Electrical repairs to Existing Interior/Exterior Building and Site Lighting to replace fixtures with new LED Fixtures, along with replacing five plumbing fixtures and replacing vestibule door.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the online Bid Form. All bidding documents are available at no cost at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
A NON-MANDATORY.PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday April 29, 2025 at the Ashley Municipal Building 49 W. Cemetery Street Ashley, Pa.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price.
The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: PA PREVAILING WAGES.
