The Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corpos of Engineers is soliciting Lease proposals for approximately 1,750 usuable square feet of retail space located at Richmond, VA within the radius shown below:




  • Northern Boundry: Highway 295

  • Eastern Boundary: Highway 33

  • Western Boundary: Pump Road

  • Southern Boundary: State Route 6
