Collection, Transportation, and Disposal of Solid Waste and Recyclables

Project Description: Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by Sellersville Borough, Bucks County, PA for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the COLLECTION, TRANSPORTAION, AND DISPOSAL OF SOLID WASTE AND RECYCLABLES from all residential, commercial, and municipal properties within Sellersville Borough.
Proposals must be submitted and updated online until 10:00 AM (EST), on Wednesday, May 21, 2025. All documents and solicitation details are available at no cost, anytime at https://pennbid.net Click on the “Solicitations” then “View” tabs.
An optional pre-bid meeting will be held at the Office of the Borough Manager, Sellersville Municipal Building, 140 E. Church Street, Sellersville, PA on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at 10:00 AM (EST).
Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000), made payable to Sellersville Borough. All bids must be accompanied by a Surety's Consent. The successful bidder shall be bound to furnish and pay for a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price for the first year of the performance period.
