11/03/2025: Prospective Respondents are invited to review and respond to this Request for Information (RFI), RFI No. 25-280-001 entitled, "California Wetland and Riparian Area Protection Portal" (CalWRAPP) for the State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board). The purpose of this RFI is to solicit information regarding the availability of Commercial off-the-Shelf (COTS) or Software as a Service (SaaS) system(s) capable of providing an application to support customer relationship management, workflow management, data and document management, geospatial data collection and integration, water permit records management, and data analytics.

When preparing and submitting a response to this RFI, compliance with the instructions found herein is imperative. Please download and review the event package attachments for additional information.
