Project Description: The City of Dallas is seeking a turnkey elevator inspection service at three locations for the
Stormwater Drainage Management Operations (SDM) division of Dallas Water Utilities (DWU)
for a term of four (4) years beginning in 2026 through the end of 2029. The three locations of
