City of Gardner invites qualified and experienced bidders to submit their proposals for the supply and delivery of substation materials.  Delivery MUST include all freight and/or roadway taxes/tariffs and fees.  Deliver to the substation located at the address indicated above.
Bid Submission Details: Bid Form shall be directed to Peter Bergamini, Electronically ONLY to peterbergamini@olsson.com with copied recipients: ggarcia@gardnerkansas.gov and erose@gardnerkansas.gov with the subject line: "BID FOR FURNISHING AND DELIVERING SUBSTATION MATERIALS EL4005G."  Technical submittal data may be submitted electronically any time prior to the close of bids.

Bid Submission Deadline:  July 22, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. CDT (45 business days from bid publication date)
