BID EVENT NO. 104
Sealed Bids will be received electronically through our E-Procurement site at
www.jeffparish.gov/supplier until 2:00 p.m., September 10, 2026 and shall, at the below listed time and
place, be publicly opened and read aloud. At no charge, bidders may submit via Jefferson Parish's
electronic procurement page by visiting www.jeffparish.gov/supplier to register for this free site.
Bids will be accepted and received through the Bridge Supplier Portal until 2 p.m. The
public bid opening will be held at the West Bank Purchasing Department at 200 Derbigny
Street, Suite 4400, Gretna, LA 70053 beginning at 2:30 p.m. on each bid opening date for
the following project:
One Year Contract for the Supply of C-900 PVC Pressure Pipe, Heavy Wall PVC Sewer
Pipe and PVC Pipe (SDR 35) for the Department of Water, Sewerage and other Jefferson
Parish Agencies and Municipalities.
Bid specifications may be obtained by visiting the Jefferson Parish Purchasing Department

be viewed and submitted online free of charge at: www.jeffparish.gov/supplier.
WHEN INDICATED IN THE SPECIFICATIONS, bids must be accompanied by a surety bid bond
in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, or the amount specified. Vendors must submit
an electronic bid bond through the respective online clearinghouse bond management system(s)
as indicated in the electronic bid Solicitation and place the electronic bid bond number as
indicated on the bid request. No scanned paper copies of any bid bond will be accepted as part
of the electronic bid submission.
