| Synopsis |
The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) is seeking request for quotes from qualified Detroit Supply Schedule #5 – Printing Services (DSS#5), vendors to provide printing of (240,000) newsletters and distribution from a date file of (240,000) registered voter addresses for the printing project.
My Office is seeking qualified printing suppliers with experience in Direct Mailing advertisement to the registered voters list in the City of Detroit. Supplier will provide registered voters data file with (240,000) addresses for the printing project. Supplier will print and fold (240,000) letters, process for mailing with postage, mail out to all registered voters in the City of Detroit and will provide a detailed delivery report. Supplier will provide 5,000 printed, unfolded newsletters to be picked up from their warehouse by my office. My office will supply high resolution artworks to awarded printing supplier. All newsletters should be delivered no later than March 1st, 2025. Please solicit bids until February 14, 2025, not to exceed $65,000. |
