Notes Carson City is seeking a review of its operations related to land development permitting fees to determine the cost of providing the service and the adequacy of existing fees to cover that cost. The study will be limited to building permits (all components of a building permit including mechanical, electrical and plumbing permits), engineering permits for site work and utilities, fire code related permits, and land use permits. The study will be presented to the City Manager. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the Documents and Requirements as set forth in the formal "Request for Proposals."
