FIRST FLOOR HVAC EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT
HISTORIC PHILLIPS COUNTY COURTHOUSE
620 CHERRY STREET
HELENA, ARKANSAS
Bid Opening Date: 1:30 p.m., Thursday, December 19, 2024 at Phillips County Courthouse at 620 Cherry Street, Helena, Arkansas.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference: 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at the project site located at 620 Cherry Street, Helena, Arkansas.
Bid Documents are available at the office of the Architect: Clements & Associates/Architecture, Inc., 507 Main Street, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72114; 501-375-3380. Prime Contractors may receive up to one (1) copy of pdf of the bid documents. Bid Security in the amount of 5% percent of the Base Proposal must accompany each proposal as described in the “Instructions to Bidders.” Neither the Owner nor Architect assumes responsibility for errors in bidding or misinterpretations of Bid Documents resulting from use of incomplete sets of Bid Documents. The documents obtained through the Architect are considered the official version and take precedence if any discrepancies occur. The use of incomplete or inaccurate Bid Documents does not relieve the bidder of the obligation to perform all work related to this bid as detailed in a complete set of Bid Documents.
All bids must be received at Phillips County Courthouse at 620 Cherry Street, Helena, Arkansas, no later than 1:30 p.m. Thursday, December 19, 2024, at which time all bids will be opened and read aloud.
The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or information in any bid, and to make an award in any manner, consistent with law, deemed in the best interest of the County. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked.
