The County of Lehigh will receive sealed general, plumbing, mechanical and electrical construction bids until 4:00 P.M. Local Time, November 5, 2025, and will publicly open said bids after 10:00 A.M. Local Time, November 6, 2025, for the COURTHOUSE 6 TH & 7 TH FLOORS RENOVATION PROJECT .
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded immediately for no charge via the View/Print option below . The download consists of three (3) separate files.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held a t the projec t site located at 455 Hamilton Street, Allentown PA 18101 on October 23, 2025, commencing at 10:00 A.M. Potential bidders are asked to promptly meet at the Main Entrance.
