Project Description: The City of Charlotte seeks a qualified organization to manage the Youth Violence Prevention Communications Strategy and Social Norms Campaign. Work will include the design, development and implementation of a youth centered communications strategy to change the perceptions and behaviors that lead to an acceptance of youth violence, promote positive social norms, and connect youth with community resources. The work should be evidence-based, reflect the youth perspective, and take an innovative multi-media approach to ensure that the campaign achieves high community visibility. All deliverables should be aligned with the community’s violence prevention strategy and the city’s violence prevention programs and initiatives.
