Texas State Technical College (“TSTC”) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) qualified suppliers to provide industrial, shipping, and storage equipment/supplies. The goal is to establish a pool of pre-qualified suppliers that meet industry standards for quality, reliability, and service to support various TSTC programs on an “ as needed basis ”.
