BID - Sourdough Creek Intake Improvements

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Bozeman, Montana, is accepting sealed bids for:

The City of Bozeman will receive online electronic sealed Bids for Construction of the Sourdough Creek Intake Improvements project until 2:00 p.m. (local time) on November 27, 2024 and then publicly opened and read aloud.

The project generally consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the following major items:

SCHEDULE 1 – SOURDOUGH INTAKE: Construction of an under-stream infiltration gallery, construction of a pre-engineered metal building, air compressor, and installation of piping with valves, electrical, and appurtenances.

SCHEDULE 2 – FLOW CONTROL BUILDING: Construction of the Sourdough flow control building including electrical, heating/ventilation, and installation of raw water piping with valves and controls.

SCHEDULE 3 – SOURDOUGH INTAKE SOLAR: Off-grid solar photovoltaic system and associated telemetry provisions, instruments and appurtenances.

SCHEDULE 4 – SOURDOUGH POINT TO POINT COMMUNICATION: Wireless point to point telemetry system, pressure instruments and appurtenances.

The work will be done under a single contract.

For this project, bids will only be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN. A contractor may view the contract documents at no cost prior to becoming a Planholder. Project bid documents and addenda must be downloaded from QuestCDN, which will add your company to the Planholder List and allow access to Bid online bidding, for the submittal of your bid. Plans may be downloaded for a non-refundable charge of $22.00 to download the documents and an additional fee of $42.00 to bid the project.
