Description
Project Description:
The Project Scope includes the renovation of an existing leased space of approximately 291 NSM located in Golden, B.C. The existing space will require the demolition and removal of partitions, doors, finishes, millwork, and equipment. New construction will include interior partitions, doors, flooring, ceiling and wall finishes, millwork, fixtures, signage, and equipment. The renovation may also require abatement, infection control measures, and upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and IMIT systems, as outlined in the drawings and specifications.
Estimated Construction budget is $2,000,000.00Substantial Completion date required: July 15, 2025Ready-for-Takeover date required: August 01, 2025
