Bid Description:
The Town of Greensboro wishes to hire a professional planning firm that will facilitate a housing charette for Greensboro Villages – Greensboro and Greensboro Bend. Using typologies identified in the Homes for All Toolkit, the charette will focus on at least 3 properties: the Town Hall, a privately held property in Greensboro Bend, which may be adapted as a multiunit structure, and a new accessory dwelling unit in Greensboro Village.
